Our premium coaching programme is designed as an intensive 16-week journey focused entirely on your growth and results. You’ll receive personalised, one-on-one guidance through live Zoom sessions held twice a week, with each session lasting 90 minutes to ensure deep, meaningful progress. This structure allows us to work closely together, providing consistent support, accountability, and tailored strategies throughout the programme, reflecting the high level of attention, expertise, and transformation you can expect.
COACHING
A collaborative, less formal partnership built on mutual engagement. Primarily future-oriented and action-driven Centered on growth—clarifying goals, creating momentum, overcoming stagnation, and navigating positive change Does not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions Not governed by state or federal licensing bodies No formal license required to practice Conversations are treated with respect for privacy and discretion.
THERAPY
A more structured, professional relationship with a defined clinical role
Often oriented toward understanding past experiences and addressing current challenges. Focused on healing—working through emotional pain, resolving psychological difficulties, and improving overall functioning
Involves assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health conditions
Overseen by state and local regulatory bodies Requires formal licensure and/or clinical certification.
